Subuloye Oyetato O. Precious, CMktr, MCIM, rpa, MNIMN, is the Chief Executive, Chief Brand Officer, and Co-founder of Cogent Device International, a leading Marketing, Media, and Technology company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria.

Co-founded in 2006, Subuloye blends strategic vision with creative excellence, steering Cogent Device International into a prominent force shaping brand narratives and digital ecosystems. His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Technology B.Tech in Graphics from Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH) and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations and an Advance Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Indian Institute of Digital Education (IIDE).

A Chartered Marketer (CMktr) and MCIM Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing , UK, registered practitioner (rpa) with the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and Chartered Member (MNIMN) of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Subuloye is a seasoned Media Consultant and Creative Director with expertise spanning international and local brand projects. He is renowned for his B2B Strategy prowess and Health Communication Design for esteemed organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO), Management Sciences for Health (MSH), and Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health.

He is the Convener of BrandExpo & Exhibition (BE), Precious has created a platform that brings together industry experts, entrepreneurs, and brand owners to network, learn, and grow.

Subuloye’s entrepreneurial journey extends beyond Cogent Device International; he is a serial entrepreneur with ventures including Cogent Development Company (Real Estate) and CABGUY Mobile Limited (Transportation & Logistics).
